New Delhi, and has been granted the approval for the same under the brand of BASECOS™ for both
BASECOS32 & BASECOS64 which covers applications like the Driving License, Vehicle Registrations,
Rashtriya Swasth Bima Yojna, Public Distribution Systems, UID and NREGA.

BASE is a leading distributor for Smart Card Readers/ Writers, Contact/ Contactless Smart Cards, Labels
& Disc Tags, Fingerprint Scanners, RFID Antennae and Readers, RFiD HF & UHF Cards and IP Cameras to
various end customers and system integrators across India.

BASE has over the years developed solutions ranging from Mass Rapid Transit, Human Resource Management,
Club Management, Parking Management, Smart E-Purse, Asset Tracking, Warehouse Management,
Human Tracking and other customized solutions. These solutions are available to customers across
Technology Platforms.

Headquartered in Bangalore, India, BASE is in existence since 2002 has a team of 40 Hardware and Software
Engineers, having a combined experience of over 25 years, to provide solutions and support to the clients.
BASE has been working directly with own branches and a large number of Channel Partners across the
